I have more clues and one solution.

When I configure my audio devices on qutecom I can choose between:

-Alsa: default
-ALC272 Analog
-USB Audio

I set "USB Audio" for the Input Device and Output Device

If I set "ALSA: default" as the ringing device I get the 2 sencond delay after I pickup an incoming call. The ringing sound is stopped when I pickup but I must wait 2 seconds before be able to talk.

If I set "ALC272 Analog" as the ringing device the incoming call is answered in the same instant I pickup.

At the moment I will set "ALC272 Analog" as ringing device.

Best regards.
